Terms & Conditions
The Scruggs Automotive “Drive for Life Guarantee” is valid only for the original purchaser and applies exclusively to qualifying repairs performed at any Scruggs Automotive location. Coverage includes parts and labor for as long as the original client owns the vehicle. This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners.
The Drive for Life Guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
1. The repair or service was explicitly labeled with an alternate warranty (e.g., 2 years / 24,000 miles, 1 year / 12,000 miles, or No Warranty Offered). In such cases, the labeled warranty will be deemed accurate and enforceable, and the Lifetime Warranty will not apply.
2. Damage or failure is due to:
- Accident, collision, or impact
- Misuse, abuse or neglect
- Environmental exposure (corrosion, flood, fire, rodent damage, etc.)
- Off-road use, racing, or commercial activity
- Modifications, tampering, or improper installation
3. The repair was performed or altered by any facility other than Scruggs Automotive.
4. The vehicle has not been maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended service intervals.
5. The client fails to authorize additional repairs or maintenance that directly impact the performance or integrity of the original repair.
6. The client is unable to provide the original invoice or proof of ownership at the time of the warranty claim.
7. The repair is related to items specifically excluded or offered as optional warranty services (e.g., tires, engines, alignments).
This warranty:
- Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for monetary compensation.
- Must be claimed at a Scruggs Automotive location; no reimbursement will be made for outside repairs.
- May be denied if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, excessive abuse, or unreasonable claims.
Scruggs Automotive reserves the right to amend or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
